Privacy policy

Short version: no accounts, your saved packages stay on your device, and we only send a tracking number where it's needed to look it up.
What happens when you track a package
- The tracking number and your chosen language are sent to our server, which asks carriers and tracking providers (such as TrackingMore) for the latest updates.
- Carrier updates are rewritten into plain language by an AI model running on our hosting provider, Cloudflare. The text is used only to produce your result.
- Results are cached for up to 30 minutes so repeat lookups are fast.
- When a package is delivered, we keep anonymous transit statistics — the route, which stage it was at, and how many days it took — to improve future estimates. We store a one-way scrambled code instead of the tracking number, so it can't be turned back into your number.
What's stored on your device
The packages you track, any names you give them, their last known status, and your language choice are saved in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device unless you look a package up again. Remove a package from your list, or clear your browser's site data, to delete them.
Advertising and cookies
We show ads through Google AdSense to keep the site free. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, and turn off personalised advertising in Google's Ad Settings. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown.
Other services we use
- Cloudflare hosts the site and processes requests.
- Google Fonts provides the typefaces; your browser requests them from Google.
- Tracking providers and carriers receive the tracking number to return its updates.
What we don't do
- We don't ask for your name, address, email or phone number.
- We don't sell tracking numbers or package details.
